摘要:如今国内对数工业生产中对轴类零件检测的技术还停留在人工检验的基础上,但是传统检测方法任然在着很大的误差,这导致效率低等缺陷。之所以研究并实现轴类零件表面缺陷的快速检测是很有必要性的,这对提升工业产品质量与性能保证、提升生产效率至关重要。36257
本课题以方便、实用、可靠、经济等设计原则为目标,完成轴类零件自动电磁检测系统的研究。此次毕业设计中我设计轴类零件表面缺陷电磁自动检测零件工装设计部分,课题设计内容有整体方案的设计,依据方案计算选择驱动元件,绘制零件图,装配图等部分组成。
设计总说明:
轴类零件作为日常生产中常用的零件,用途甚多,以及涉及领域极其广泛,随着现代科技的发展,工业对参评质量的要求越来越高,提升轴类零件的质量越来越重要。提升工业生产产品质量与性能保证和提升轴类零件质量息息相关又和轴类零件表面缺陷的快速检测至关重要。这里就牵扯到轴类零件表面缺陷快速自动检测技术。
自动检测技术是近几年发展起来的新兴学科,自动检测使一些技术要求高、难度大、耗时长的检测工作,可在短时间内完成。它普遍应用在设备出厂前的性能测试及使用过程中的连续监测,它还可用于设备的故障检测和故障定位。自动检测技术作为可靠性工程的一个重要分支,日益受到人们的重视。其特点是在不破坏零件材质和性能的情况下,利用先进的检测技术来检测对象的特征和缺陷,以显示出零件的使用性能,或为工业生产过程提供准确的数据。之所以此次毕业设计课题为轴类零件表面缺陷电磁自动检测零件工装设计。
轴类零件表面缺陷自动电磁检测是利用材料在电磁作用下呈现出来的电磁学性质,从而判断材料有关性能的检测方法。其检测方法可细分为涡流检测,磁粉检测,漏磁检测,磁记忆检测,微波检测等。而涡流检测是以电磁感应原理为基础的无损检测方法,它的基本检测原理可以描述为:当载有交变电流的试验线圈靠近导体试件时,由于线圈产生的交变磁场的作用会在导体中感生出涡流。涡流的大小,相位及流动形式受到时间性能及有无缺陷的影响,而涡流的反作用磁场又会使线圈的阻抗发生变化。因此,通过测定试验线圈的阻抗变化,就可以推断出被检测试件性能的变化及缺陷的结论。
