摘要:随着经济的发展,越来越多的生产人员使用现代装备来发展生产,减轻劳动强度,提高产品的质量,提高工作效率,增加经济效益。我国的经济发展很快,随着生产规模的不断扩大,采用机械代替人工投料已被普遍认可。人工投料不能保证物料的均匀性,又费时,劳动强度大,效率低下,浪费物料,增加成本。机械投料有以下优点:节约材料(较人工喂料节约了10%~15%),降低了劳动强度同时节约劳动力成本、增加了产量。因此投料机应运而生。37171
本课题的新型投料机提高了生产效率一定程度的影响了行业的发展。纤文投料机是适应现代化工程建设的特殊性,而自主研制专用的新生设备,减少了劳动强度,大大地提高了工程质量。
