摘要:这次设计的是ZPG-LC-500x1500轮齿式破碎机转子及减速滑动端机构设计。主要研究的内容是:减速机的结构设计以及齿辊的设计。这次设计主要从减速机开始入手,确定各级的传动比从而得出各轴的转矩以及功率,进而设计出各齿轮,大致估出机座整体的长度和宽度后,设计出机座,然后根据机座,确定破碎机主要各个零部件的设计。在主要零部件的设计中,包括各根轴的设计,齿板的设计,轴承以及键的选择。其中最为重要的就是轴的设计,因此对于高速轴,选用40Cr调质处理,提高它的耐用度。另外,在设计过程中,还计算了零部件的最大使用寿命,并对轴,齿轮,轴承以及键都进行了相应的校核。这对提高破碎机的使用寿命起着至关重要的作用。 纸上得来终觉浅,觉知此事要躬行,还有很多问题相信要通过亲身的实践才能得以理解体会。37182

ZPG-LC-500X1500 wheel type crusher rotor and its reducer structure design
Abstract: The design is ZPG-LC-500X1500 wheel type crusher rotor and its reducer structure design. It mainly content the structure design of the reducer and the tooth roll. So i start from the reducer. First, i determine the levels of transmission ration so as to have the torque and power of every shafts, then i design the corresponding gears. After these, i roughly estimate the length and width in order to design the engine base. Having the size of engine base, it is easy to design the other parts and components of the crusher. Among these, include the design of each axis and tooth plate and the choice of bearings and keys. One of the most important is the design of the shafts. For example, to the high-speed shaft, we choose the 40Cr as material because it can improve its durability. In addition,during the design, i also calculate and check the maximum service time of the components. There is no doubt that it plays an important role in improving the service time of crusher. I believe there are still many questions remained to be solved by our practice.
