Solidworks种植磁性覆盖义齿有限元建模

摘要:随着人类寿命的延长,很多人的牙齿也在面临多种健康问题,其中种植磁性覆盖义齿就是一个值得研究的问题。对治疗老年患者,特别是那些已经存在牙齿缺陷的患者,可能是一项艰巨的挑战。处理此类案例的最终目标是使患者恢复到符合美学的程度,并且完成正常的生理功能,如语音、吞咽和咀嚼功能。完整的下颌义齿功能的主要问题是骨吸收。同时骨吸收问题存在于下颌骨比上颌骨牙多。由于全口义齿依靠残余牙槽嵴的支持和保留,这是最影响的下颌义齿应用的。整口覆盖义齿是通过种植体支持固位钉或磁性附着体来固定的。我们在为患者设计种植义齿的时候也会考虑保留程度和使用数量,达到经济和实用的平衡。40982
本课题主要是对应力在牙科各种评价方法种植系统包括光弹性研究,和对骨表面应变测量的有限元分析。有限元方法提供了几个优点,包括精确表示复杂的几何形状,易于模型修改和表示的内部状态的应力和其他机械品质。基于CT医学图像,采用DICOM直接建模法,利用Mimics医学影像三文重建软件基于灰度值建模法将二文图像重建为三文模型,结合生产厂家提供的磁性附着体及种植体产品结构图数据,利用Solidworks三文实体造型软件建立了包含覆盖义齿、磁性附着体、种植体、口腔粘膜及牙槽骨的修复模型。

Construction of a three-dimensional finite element model of implant-retained overdentures with magnetic attachments
As people live longer, many people's teeth in the face of a variety of health problems, which planted magnetic overdentures is a question worthy of study. On the treatment of elderly patients, especially those with already existing teeth defects, can be a daunting challenge. Handling such a case's ultimate goal is to restore the patient to meet the level of aesthetics, and normal physiological functions, such as speech, swallowing and chewing function. Features of complete mandibular denture problem is bone resorption. While bone resorption issues present in the mandible than the maxilla. Finite element method provides several advantages, including accurate representation of complex geometry shape, easy to model and represent the State of the internal stress and other mechanical qualities. Based on CT medical image, used DICOM directly built die method, using Mimics medical image three dimensional reconstruction software based on gray value built die method will II dimension image reconstruction for three dimensional model, combined production manufacturers provides of magnetic attached body and the planting body products structure figure data, using Solidworks three dimensional entity styling software established has contains cover denture, and magnetic attached body, and planting body, and oral mucosa and the teeth slot bone of repair model.
