伴随着经济全球化的高度发展,在企业间竞争异常激烈的今天,制造业面临着巨大的运营压力,各大企业都开始着力于对生产线进行优化改善,本文以某公司压力容器的生产车间为对象,综合利用工业工程学科的各项知识理论对该生产线进行优化改进。论文通过对压力容器现有生产线进行调研结果的分析,围绕如何提高产线效率,运用物料搬运分析、SPL 系统布局设计原则、5W1H 分析方法等,分别从生产线的物料搬运方案设计、设施设备的布局规划、加工工艺的改善以及设备选型等方面进行优化设计,旨在布局高效便捷的生产车间、规划合理的物流搬运路线、选型合理可靠的生产物流设备,最终实现企业生产活动的高质高量。 42021

Title Optimized design for pressure vessel production line in a company
Abstract Along with the rapid development of economic globalization, Nowadays ,enterprises’ competition is unusually intense, the manufacturing industry is facing a huge operation pressure, many companies are beginning to efforts to optimize and improve the production line. In this paper, I put a pressure vessel production line of a company as the object. And take kinds of knowledge and theory of industrial engineering to optimize the production line. Based on research results of the analysis of the existing production line of pressure vessel, focuses on how to improve the efficiency of the production line, use the method of material handling analysis, SLP system layout design principles, 5W1H analysis method etc., respectively from the production line’s material handling to facilities layout, and fixture improvement and equipment selection etc. for optimization design, so that to reach to an efficient layout, convenient production workshop, rational planning of logistics handling line, reasonable and reliable production logistics equipment, finally it can achieve higher efficiency for production activities in enterprises.
