摘要：本设备是为测试速度传感器有关速度性能参数而设计的测试工作台，文中介绍了速度传感器在线测试台的设计以及工作原理。基于企业对生产效率高效化的要求，该设备具有自动检测功能。设备主要由检测机构、打标机构、产品工装机构、通电传感机构、百分表测试机构、电机、工业PC与显示器等部件组成。安装好待测传感器，通过通电机构，启动电机开始检测，将测得的数据与标准传感器进行比对，最后由打标机构对于检测合格的产品进行打标。从一开始将传感器安装到测试台，到完成对速度传感器的检测仅需1分钟，能够高效准确的对速度传感器进行检测。本工作台的主要功能是实现速度传感器的自动化测试，减少错误率，从而提高工作效率。7202

The test bench design of speed sensor
Abstract：This equipment is designed to test the speed performance parameters of the speed sensor on test bench, this paper introduces the design and working principle of speed sensor online test bed. Based on the enterprise demand for efficient production efficiency, the device has automatic detection function. Equipment mainly by the testing agency, various institutions, product tooling marking, power sensing, dial indicator testing agencies, motor, industrial PC and display parts. Installed sensor under test, through electricity, start the motor starting test, to compare the measured data with standard sensors, finally consists the body marking for testing qualified products. From the beginning to sensor installed on the test bed, only one minute to complete the speed sensor detection, can be efficient and accurate to test the speed sensor. The workbench's main function is to realize the automation of speed sensor test, reduce error rate, and improve work efficiency.
