摘要逆向物流系统研究是物流领域研究新方向，随着各国政府对环境保护的重视和立法，顾客环保意识的加强以及企业自身发展的需要，逆向物流开始引起了企业的重视。伴随着国内连锁超市快速发展的是日益增多的退货量，逆向物流活动的有效管理成为连锁超市发展、利润增长的重要手段。
论文在分析国内外逆向物流理论研究现状基础上，总结了逆向物流与逆向物流系统的研究成果，结合连锁超市自身的特点，分析连锁超市逆向物流活动及存在的发展障碍，提出相应的发展对策。并进一步分析逆向物流信息管理流程，现有系统以及系统发展的新需求，在此基础上，进行逆向物流信息系统设计，包括信息系统总体设计、数据库设计，最后对功能模块作了进一步的探讨。

Title Management Methods and Systems Design of the Reverse Logistics in Supermarket Chains
Abstract
Research on reverse logistics is a new study field of logistics, with economic development, governments pay more and more attention to environmental protection and build environment law, at the same time the public enhance their environmental protection consciousness and enterprises begin to regard reverse logistics. Along with the rapid development of the domestic supermarket chains, returns become more and more. The effective management of reverse logistics begins to be the most important tools for supermarket chains to develop and increase profits. This paper analyzes status of reverse logistics theory. Based on it, paper
summarizes the findings in the field of reverse logistics and reverse logistics system, then analyzes the activity and developing obstruction of supermarket chains reverse logistics and gives out a developing measure. After that, the paper analyzes reverse logistics information management processes of supermarket chains, the existing system and its new requirement, on this basis, designs reverse logistics information system, including the overall information system design, database design, and finally makes a further discussion of functional modules.
