此次设计的专用动力头是专门进行桶体内壁钻孔的动力头,总体结构的设计成为本次课题的重点,满足C630机床的特性,传动特点,结构合理,以及经济的适用性。在本设计课题中,更加注重的应该是实际生产过程的运用,不断提高效率,降低成本才是硬道理。所以在设计方案论证、结构设计、以及刀牌强度刚度校核、动力系统等分析计算过程中,都要严格按照设计要求,完成对此动力头的设计。而且动力头是组合机床的重要动力部件,其质量和性能的优劣直接影响到整台机床性能的好坏,但在一般的组合机床设计中,动力头只能提供主运动,其进给运动是由与之相配套的液压或机械滑台来实现的,这就给组合机床的设计和制造带来了较大的困难。所以我们可以清楚的知道钻削专用动力头在机械发展业中有着不可取代的位置。在不生产亦或购买新的设备的前提下,就可以保证金属基镶嵌式固体自润滑轴承的生产于加工。

Abstract
  The design is the Ф200 ~ Ф400mm barrel inner wall drilling special power head.The main contents include: overall structural arrangement, motor selection, analysis and calculation of mechanical parameters, the formation of the overall concept of the mechanical design, the integrated use of knowledge of past theory,theory with practice and comprehensive analysis capabilities.
  The dedicated power head inside the drum wall is dedicated to the power head drilling, the overall structure of the design has become the focus of the subject, to meet the the C630 machine's characteristics, driving characteristics, reasonable structure, as well as the applicability of the economy. The design issues, should pay more attention to the use of the actual production process, and continuously improve efficiency and reduce costs is the last word. Design demonstration program, structural design and the knife brand strength stiffness check, power system analysis and calculation process must be strictly in accordance with the design requirements, the completion of the design of this power head. And power head is an important driving force of the combined machine tool parts, quality and performance will directly affect the entire machine performance is good or bad, but in general a combination of machine tool design, the power head can only provide the main movement, the feed movement This modular machine tool design and manufacturing more difficult to achieve with the support of hydraulic or mechanical sliding table.So we can know the drilling power head in mechanical development industry has an irreplaceable position.Under the premise does not produce or buy new equipment, we can ensure the production of self-lubricating bearings for processing metal base mosaictype solid.
