摘要： 现代企业的融资结构理论表明，不同的融资结构会对企业的价值产生不同的影响，合理的融资结构可以增加企业的价值，而病态的融资结构则会降低企业的价值。本文以我国的特殊背景为研究范围，以上市公司为研究对象，基于融资结构及其渠道方式等基础知识的理解，提出合理性融资结构这一标准。以光明乳业作为实例，并通过对国外上市公司的融资结构的熟悉，对我国上市公司的融资结构现状进行总体分析，发现了其中存在内源融资比例低，股权结构不合理，股权融资以及资本市场发展不合理等一系列问题。这些都严重影响了我国上市公司健康持续平稳的发展。针对发现的问题，提出了优化股权结构，转变股权性融资偏好，拓宽融资渠道等措施来促进上市公司融资结构合理化。19491
