摘要:《关于全面推进我国会计信息化工作的指导意见》的发布，对我国各地区、各部门提出了全面推进信息化建设的规划建议及要求，而且也提出了有计划有步骤地组织实施方案。XBRL的推广应用是实现会计信息化不可或缺的手段。成立XBRL 中国正式组织，以及制定 XBRL 企业通用分类标准，为我国 XBRL 的推广应用分别提供了组织和技术保障。在这个契机下，本文紧密联系我国 XBRL 财务报告体系发展动态，并在国内外相关研究成果的基础上， 对 XBRL 财务报告概念、主要作用、技术框架、我国 XBRL 应用现状分析、实施效果和影响我国 XBRL 财务报告体系建设的因素进行了研究并提出了相关建议。提出XBRL 财务报告的核心价值是改善企业会计信息质量，进而影响投资者决策分析，阐述了 XBRL 对会计信息质量各个方面的改善。19497

Abstract: On comprehensively advancing guidance of accounting informatization in our country is published, It puts forward the comprehensive promotion of the construction of informatization requirement each department and each region and orderly implementation plan in our country. Implementation of accounting informationization means of promotion and application of XBRL is indispensable. China's formal organization founding XBRL and XBRL in our country enterprise general classification standards, respectively to provide organizational guarantee for our country endowment and technology. Use this opportunity, this paper pay close attention to the development trend of the XBRL financial report system in China, and based on the related research results at home and abroad, this paper studies XBRL technical architecture, the taxonomy of Chinese academy of sciences, the analysis of the present situation of the application of XBRL, the influence of the implementation of the enterprise general classification, some Suggestions are given. The main research work of this paperis is as follows: the core value of the XBRL is improve the quality of accounting information of enter prises. This article from the perspective of theory describe how XBRL affects the quality of accounting information.
