随着经济活动的不断发展，财务报表分析的使用范围也不断扩大，不仅仅是投资人和债权人依据自身需求对企业进行财务和经营状况分析，企业从自身内部管理的角度也需进行必要的经营状况分析，为改善内部管理以及未来的发展提供参考依据。正确分析财务报表，充分地、真实地了解和掌握企业的财务和经营状况，对债务人的未来发展趋势进行科学的综合分析是非常重要的。

Study on the Financial Statement Analysis
Abstract: Financial statement analysis is the evaluation of business conditions and operating results, is an effective tool to monitor all aspects of business management; it is a foundation and basis for an enterprise to do predicting, analyzing, decision-making and implementing strategy and management. Financial statement analysis is an important part of financial management and it is an important tool for companies to start their daily management. Corporate financial statement analysis can understand the past, evaluate present and predict the future by regular or irregular.
With the continuous development of economic activities, applications of financial statement analysis is also expanding. Not only investors and creditors in accordance with their own needs for corporate financial analysis and business conditions, but also business from their own internal management perspective needs to make the necessary operating conditions analysis, to provide a reference for improving internal management and future development orientation. Analyzing financial statements correctly, understanding and mastering the company's financial position and operating conditions fully and truly is particularly  important for the future development trend of the debtor to doing scientific comprehensive analysis.
