农业类上市公司财务指标与股价关系的实证研究

摘要股票是资本市场的重要组成成分。股票的价格是随时变动的，虽然决定其价格的直接原因就是股票市场上对于该股票的供求关系，但深究其根本原因，股票的价格仍是由其所代表的上市公司的内在价值和发展前景所决定的。因此，代表着上市公司资产状况、经营水平和发展潜力的财务数据在决定公司股票表现方面有着不可或缺的作用。本文对上市公司财务数据对股价变动的影响进行了研究，选择农业板块的股票作为研究对象，以年度各财务指标作为解释变量，研究了财务指标对股价变动的影响。结果表明，财务指标与股价变动具有一定的相关性，且在上市公司财务状况良好时，财务指标与股价变动的相关性更大。其中，净资产类和收益类指标对股价变动的影响较大。25349

Title     THE EMPIRICAL RESEARCH ON THE RELATIONSHIP OF
         FINANCIAL DATA OF LISTED COMPANIES AND STOCK PRICES
        —BY ANALYZING STOCKS IN AGRICULTURAL PORTFOLIO
Abstract
Stock is a vital part of the capital market. The price of the stock is moving all the time, and although the direct cause for the move is demand and supply force in the stock market, its price is determined essentially by the intrinsic value of listed companies and their prospects. Therefore, as the demonstration of the company’s capital position, operation status and development potential, financial data is essential in the pricing of the stock. This paper researches the influence of financial data on the stock price move, choosing agricultural portfolio as the object of study based on the situation of China, using annual financial data as explanatory variables and the annual percentage change in the stock price as explained variables. The research finds that relevance exists between financial data and price move, and when the financial condition is good, the relevance is stronger. In terms of specific indicators, those related with net asset and earning have greater influence on the stock price move.
