杜邦分析法的泸州老窖财务分析

摘要：财务状况的好坏直接影响到企业的持续经营发展，是衡量企业财务管理的核心，为了企业健康发展，有必要对企业的财务管理状况进行分析。本文以泸州老窖股份有限公司为研究对象，以泸州老窖的资产负债表和利润表为基础，通过杜邦分析法计算相关指标，并利用因素分析法，定量分析出各项影响因素的变动对净资产收益率的影响程度，从而综合评价泸州老窖2015年的财务情况和经营效益，找出该公司存在的关键性问题，分清原因，并提出切实可行的改进措施意见，以提高泸州老窖财务管理水平。85552

Abstract: The financial situation has a direct impact on the sustainable development of the enterprise, which measure the core of enterprise financial management and for the healthy development of enterprises。 It is necessary to analyze the financial management of enterprises。 In this paper, Luzhou Lao Jiao Limited by Share Ltd as the research object, to Luzhou Lao Jiao the balance sheet and income statement based index calculation by DuPont analysis method, and using factor analysis method, the quantitative analysis of factors affecting the change of the rate of return on net assets influence。 In order to assess the financial situation and operational benefits of Luzhou Laojiao in 2015, find out the key issues that the company exists and why it is clear, and propose practical improvement measures to improve the level of financial management in Luzhou Laojiao。
