摘 要：在市场经济的背景下，市场充满了不确定性，而且随时处在变化之中，企业在经营过程中面临着市场不同阶段的风险，风险伴随着收益，如何在风险和收益之间找到平衡，则是信息技术业企业需要关注的主要问题。本文主要针对深圳键桥通讯股份有限技术公司经营过程中存在的风险进行实际分析，归纳总结出风险原因和相应对策，发现、确定企业有可能发生经营风险的具体方面，从而为通讯技术业企业经营风险防范工作奠定坚实基础。通过对企业经营风险进行取证分析，不仅能帮助本企业在以后的发展道路上把握经营对策，规避和减少可见或隐藏的经营风险，还能结合市场环境，做出与本企业发展状况所匹配的抑制经营风险的相关有效决策。85619

Abstract：Under the background of market economy, the enterprises in the future may face the results with the changes in the market and is full of uncertainty，so any enterprise in the course of business links are likely to have different degrees of risk ,the core of the information technology enterprise in the management is to find balance between the benefits and risks。 This article is mainly on an empirical analysis to the risk of communication equipment company in the management。 Predicting and determining the specific links of risk in the process of business operation through the results of research,which can help the business risk prevention work to lay foundation。Similarly,doing an empirical analysis about the risk of enterprise management,which can help enterprise to grasp some measures of management effectively,and some methods of risk control which correspond with the business process。
