苏州金螳螂民营企业资金管理中存在的问题及对策

摘要：企业的资金是企业的灵魂，是顺利展开企业各项运营活动的基础，很大程度影响着企业的发展。作为在财务管理过程中，占据核心地位的资金管理，关乎企业存活,保障着企业持续稳定发展。随着市场经济竞争的加剧，民营企业的问题也愈演愈烈，本文通过剖析苏州金螳螂建筑装饰股份有限公司的相关做法，讨论民营企业资金管理存在的一系列问题，并提出改善管理机制，培养优秀人才，解决融资难，投资不足等针对性的意见。85818

Abstract：Enterprise's funding as the soul of the corporate, is the foundation of all business activities which develop smoothly。 Besides, it greatly affects the development of enterprises。 The enterprise’s capital management as the core of financial management, relates to the existence of the corporate and guarantees the continuous and stable development of the corporate。 As the intensified competition of the market-oriented economy, the problems of private enterprises are more intensified。 This article analyzes Suzhou Gold Mantis Construction Decoration Co。, Ltd。 and the problems of the private enterprise’s capital management are

discussed in this paper。 Then，this paper makes suggestions for improving the management

mechanism, developing excellent talents, solving the financing difficulties and inadequate investment。
