金融理财类企业筹资风险研究

摘要：经济不断发展，企业扮演着举足轻重的角色，在实际发展中，筹资对于企业发展影响重大，但是目前企业在筹资风险把控上还存在很多问题，内部出现管理混乱、筹资布局不科学等现象，对外又面临着金融、政治等不稳定因素，需要了解筹资风险的定义和特点，有针对性的建立风险预警机制，加强管理，科学布局企业筹资，灵活应对风险变化，才能够有效解决这些问题，强有力的推动企业发展。本文在阐述了企业筹资风险的含义、特点，总结了多数企业筹资风险产生的成因的基础上，结合了当下比较热门的众多理财产品背后的金融理财类企业的筹资现状，较详细地分析了该类企业筹资遇到的问题及成因分析，并且针对问题提出相应的缓解对策。90722

Abstract: With the development of economy,enterprise plays a decisive role。Also,enterprise depends on the development of national economy。And enterprises in the actual developing, financing is significant to the development of enterprises。 At present, there are still many problems in financing risk control。 For example, internal management confusion,financing layout unscientific,external is facing the financial and political instability。We need to understand the definition and characteristics of financial risk,setting up the pointed risk early warning mechanism,strengthen management,make the enterprise financing layout scientifically,respond the changes in risk flexibility。 This paper expatiates on the meaning of enterprise financing risk characteristics, summarizes the most companies produce on the basis of the cause of funding risk,combined with the present popular financial class behind many of the financial product enterprise financing present situation,analyzes in detail the enterprise financing problems and cause analysis,and in view of the problem put forward the corresponding mitigation measures。
