摘 要：目前我国小微企业数量庞大，已成为我国市场经济的主体，而国际大环境、国内融资等多方面因素致使小微企业现发展并不乐观。本文通过分析小微企业现状及出现问题，如财务管理意识薄弱、内部控制制度不完善、融资难资本结构单一、财务系统信息化欠缺等。针对相关问题逐一分析，提出解决对策，如提高企业的财务管理认识度、提高财会人员素质、完善内部控制制度提高管理水平、拓宽融资渠道、加强财务控制、建立企业财务管理体系等，以保证小微企业在激烈的市场竞争中持续、健康、稳步发展。85906
