摘要：面对市场经济与全球一体化的大趋势，企业正在经受日趋激烈的国内和国际竞争的考验，企业生存和发展的关键是企业能否合理有效地进行企业成本控制。本文对豪申家纺成本控制的深入进行分析，指出了其现行的成本控制上存在成本控制理念落后、成本核算体系不完善、成本控制相关制度不健全、缺乏科学的成本控制激励与约束制度，提出了树立新的理念、采用先进的管理办法、重视日常成本的控制管理、加大成本控制的奖惩力度、逐步完善和构建企业成本控制相关制度等相应对策。91168
