摘要: 随着我国经济的飞速发展，企业资本结构出现了较大的变化，以大型企业为主的财务核算模式并不适合我国企业的会计核算，不仅会增加我国企业的人力资源成本，而且加大了财务审核的难度。以沭阳万德福公司为例，通过分析其财务核算、人员编制、财务基础课程设置分析企业经营等方面的问题，充分了解其会计核算的形成的原因，通过有效的策略来全面提升会计核算的能力，加强财务内部控制，提升从业人员的岗位意识，从而促进我国企业会计工作井然有序地展开。90752
