摘  要：股利分配是上市公司对于投资者利润回报的途径，关系到多方利益。对上市公司的股价上涨、市场形象的树立和公司的长久发展都有不容忽视的作用，因而制定并贯彻恰当合理且连续的股利分配政策是必不可少的。然而我国上市公司当前股利分配状况却并不乐观，存在一定问题，所以研究这些问题的解决对策成为近年来的热门。本文通过对股利分配理论的研究和市场现状的调查，以江苏舜天股份有限公司为例，进行了深入并详实的分析，发现股利分配现阶段存在的不足之处，探究问题的成因，最后以自己的研究成果及对此的认识为基础，提出一系列具有针对性的，旨在能够为股利分配的规范，投资者的保护和市场的长期发展添砖加瓦的措施和对策。91942

Abstract：Dividend distribution is the way for the company to return the profits of investors related to multi-interest。 It is indispensable to formulate and implement a reasonable and continuous pidend distribution policy for the rise of the stock price of the listed company, the establishment of the market image and the long-term development of the company。 However, the current pidend distribution of listed companies in China is not optimistic, there are some problems, so the study of these problems to solve the problem has become popular in recent years。 In this paper, through the research on the theory of pidend distribution and the investigation of market situation, this paper makes an in-depth and detailed analysis of Jiangsu Sainty Co。, Ltd。, and finds out the shortcomings of pidend distribution at present, and explores the causes of the problem。 Based on their own research results and on this understanding, put forward a series of targeted measures aimed at the allocation of pidends, the protection of investors and the long-term development of the market。
