摘 要：财务管理对企业发展具有指导性作用，如果企业财产业务管理出现虚假报账情况，企业发展所需要的人力物力等配置就会产生消极无用的结果，这对企业发展具有不利影响，违反市场经济，同时会给企业和市场带来不平衡发展情况。欣泰电气IPO财务造假事件，由于其虚假报账情况严重，以新型作假手段等引起社会各界关注。本文拟从欣泰电气的财务分析为切入点，研究企业财务报表分析的内涵、标准和作用，分析企业财务分析在如今市场经济中的现实意义，希望通过此研究能够给其他企业财务会计信息管理带来相应的参考性作用。92085
