摘  要：资产负债表是企业主要财务报表之一，通过对该表的项目进行分析，使得报表使用者初步了解企业的资本结构、财务实力、支付能力和偿债能力。本文以美的集团股份有限公司为例，选取2015-2016年年度报告中资产负债表，运用水平分析法对该公司的资产负债表进行分析，从投资和资产角度、筹资和权益角度及偿债能力进行分析评价，阐述美的集团的发展状况和存在的问题，并提出一些合理的建议，有利于上市公司在激烈竞争的市场中稳健快速发展。 92222

Abstract:The balance sheet is one of the major financial statements of the enterprise financial report。 We use the balance sheet to analyze the financial situation in order to make the report user have a better understanding of the capital structure, financial strength and the repaying capability of an enterprise。 In the thesis, we take the Mideo Company for an instance。 We make a level analysis of its balance sheet from the statistic of its 2015-2016 annual report。 From the perspective of the investment and asset, financing and equity and debt paying ability , we state the development of Mideo and point the existing problems。 At the end of the thesis, we put forward a few reasonable suggestions to help the public company develop smoothly and rapidly in the capricious market。

1 引 言

当代经济环境复杂多变，在这种激烈竞争的经济模式环境之下，对企业财务报告进行分析的必要性更加突显出来，通过对企业进行财务分析，帮助管理者准确的掌握企业运营的费用开支、运行成本以及收益情况，为企业的偿债决策和融资决策提供重要的相关依据，进而防范和降低企业经营风险，从而使企业管理者及投资者的更加相信该企业的实力，并相信企业会在未来发展的更好。本文以上市公司美的集团股份有限公司作为案例，对该公司的资产负债表进行分析与评价。美的集团于1986年成立于中国广东，以家电、物流、照明为主要的经营范围，是一家大型综合性的企业集团。本文通过资产负债表的一系列的分析得出较全面的相关指标数据，让企业相关者通过资产负债表分析的内容，及时了解该企业财务状况，并作出恰当的决策。 上市公司资产负债表分析以美的集团为例:http://www.youerw.com/kuaiji/lunwen_199851.html
