摘  要：由于中国市场经济的持续发展,现金流量管理在公司管理中的位置慢慢变得重要起来，对于公司而言，现金流量的重要性就像是血液对于人体一样。现金流量逐渐成为评估公司财务状况以及经营业绩的一个首要目标，展现出公司经营成果的一种表现,并且现金流量是衡量公司偿债能力的关键规范。本文以红豆股份为例，对公司的现金流量情况进行数据统计并进行剖析，发现公司现金流管理的弊端，寻求出现这些问题的根本性原因,并结合公司的实际情况提出一些合理的改进建议。92841
