摘要:股利政策作为公司三大财务决策中的一个，一直是理论界关注的中心。与成熟的国外资本市场比较，我国股份有限公司制定的股利政策存在着诸如现金股利分配年度不均，部分公司存在超能力派现、异常低派现行为，股利政策不稳定，现金股利支付率较低的不合理、不科学的现象。本文将从我国现金股利分配现在的情况下手，着重研究对股份有限公司产生影响的股利分配的因素，在这个前提上提出规范我国股份有限公司股利分配的建议。本文对股份有限公司和投资者或潜在投资者意义重大。对于股份有限公司来说，可以引导股利分配，从而达到财务管理和经营活动的目的，促进股东利益的合理管理和分配。对于股东来说，有利于股东提高风险意识和投资意识，全面排查股份有限公司的财务状况，促进其理性投资。95101
