摘 要：随着网络购物的快速发展，我国的快递业势头也陆续上升，并逐渐形成了行业的雏形。近年来，中国快递业快速发展也存在一些隐患，例如在物流成本控制方面，中国快递业务存在各方面的问题，主要是由快递企业不合理的成本降低,引领不断变化的成本导致目前快递质量下降，形成竞争不佳的状况。本文将分析物流成本的构成以及新型末端服务智能快递柜的一些应用，并以顺丰速递为例分析物流成本控制过程中的问题，提出相关的改进建议。
