摘 要：随着全球经济的发展，企业财务状况所反映的问题变得更加复杂多样。历史 上，因发生严重的财务风险问题而破产的企业不在少数，所以，企业不能只顾盈 利，而忽视对可能出现的风险的分析、评估和防范，否则财务风险就有可能恶化 为财务危机，企业便无法获得持续发展。本文以财务风险相关理论为基础，对国 内外目前比较成熟的分析方法进行概括和梳理，最后以万科企业股份有限公司的 财务状况为例，充分考虑房地产行业的特点，运用定量分析的方法从多角度对其 存在的财务风险进行分析，并就防范措施提出建议。希望本文能够为提高我国企 业应对财务风险的能力，提供帮助。

Abstract：With the global economic development， the problems reflected in the financial situation of enterprises have become more complicated and perse. Historically， there have been few enterprises in bankruptcy due to serious financial risks. Therefore， enterprises cannot merely profit ， yet neglect to analyze、assess and prevent the possible
risk， otherwise the financial risk is likely to deteriorate into a financial crisis， companies will not be able to sustainable development. On the basis of comprehending the theory of financial risk， this paper summarizes the current mature methods at home and abroad. Finally，taking the financial status of Vanke Co.，Ltd. as an example，Fully considering the current development of real estate industry，making full use of the quantitative analysis method to analyze the financial risk from the multi-angle and make suggestions on the preventive measures，hoping to improve the ability of Chinese enterprises to cope with financial risks.

0 引言
