摘要企业的财务报表反映了企业某一期间的财务状态、经营成果和现金流量。正确理解、分析和利用这些财务信息不仅有助于企业管理层全面正确的认识过去和评价现在，更能预测未来。本文选择黑龙江北大荒农业股份有限公司（即*ST大荒）2013年财务报表及其相关经营数据作为研究对象，结合我国目前的宏观经济形势、农业产业经营发展实际现状及相关经济政策，对该上市企业2013年的财务状况和经营成果进行分析研究，发现其经营管理中存在的问题。本文希望通过对*ST大荒的财务绩效分析了解其财务管理能力，并提出改善财务管理的合理的意见和建议，帮助其制定行之有效的经营和财务战略。除此之外，辅助现有及潜在投资者对该公司企业的财务状况、经营成果和资本运营能力有更好的了解，为其做出科学的投资决策提供参考依据。45117

The financial statements reflect the financial position of the enterprise in a certain period, operating results and cash flow.
