摘要:房地产是我们的新兴产业。相比与家庭平均可支配收入,中国的住房价格高。为了提高广大居民的住房条件,促进行业的持续,健康,稳定的发展,抑制房地产价格高,显得尤为重要。要调整和大宗商品价格走低,关键是要降低住房成本。在本文中对中国的房价过高的原因进行分析的基础上,指出降低住房成本,政府和企业需要共同努力。

Abstract
Real estate is our emerging industry. Compared with the average household disposable income, China's housing prices high.
