本文以哈佛分析为框架,运用多种分析方法,从战略、会计、财务和前景四部分对中国移动有限公司(以下简称“中国移动”)2009—2013年的财务报告进行分析。全文共分六个部分,第一部分主要阐述研究背景和意义、研究现状以及本文的写作框架;第二部分为战略分析,分析中国移动的宏观环境、产业环境和内部环境。第三部分为会计分析,评价了中国移动现金及现金等价物、固定资产和在建工程这三个方面的会计政策和会计估计。第四部分为财务分析,运用对比分析法和比率分析法,分析中国移动的财务状况。第五部分为前景分析,预测中国移动未来的发展前景。第六部分为结论,针对中国移动存在的问题,提出未来发展的建议。

Abstract
After several reforms in telecommunication industry in China, it formed the China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom as the main body of the market pattern, the telecommunication market has entered a new stage of development. In the future, with the improvement of user personalized needs and the development of technology, the telecommunication industry will have a better prospect.
This thesis uses the Harvard Analysis Framework, through a variety of analysis methods, analyzes the China Mobile Communications Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "China Mobile") 2009 to 2013 financial reports from four parts, including strategic analysis, accounting analysis, financial analysis and prospect analysis. The thesis is pided into six parts. The first chapter describes the background and significance, research status and the framework; the second chapter is strategic analysis, analyzes the macro environment, industry environment and internal environment of China Mobile; the third chapter is accounting analysis, evaluates the accounting policies and accounting estimates of the cash and cash equivalents, fixed assets and construction in progress; the fourth chapter is financial analysis, analyzes the financial condition of China Mobile by using comparative analysis and ratio analysis; the fifth chapter is prospect analysis, predicts the development of China Mobile in the future; the sixth chapter is conclusion, aiming at the problems of China Mobile, puts forward some suggestions for the future development.
