摘要随着经济的快速发展和竞争的加剧，企业的财务活动变得异常复杂，使用科学的分析方法，结合企业的实际情况，对企业的财务报表进行系统分析，才能为决策提供必要的依据。随着人们生活水平的提高，汽车几乎普及到了每个家庭，成为了人们日常活动的重要代步工具，汽车行业也迎来春天。本文选取了海马汽车股份有限公司作为代表，先对公司的行业背景和基本情况进行分析，然后以公司最近五年的财务报表数据为基础，对公司的财务项目、财务比率、以及相关的财务指标等进行了综合分析，并提出了存在问题和相应的改进建议，从而为经营管理者进行财务管理、经营决策提供参考依据，为了债权人和投资者可以作出准确的决策而提供信息支持。46520
