摘要随着当前经济环境迅速变化，市场竞争日益加剧，企业想要生存或发展壮大，除了需要技术领先、资金雄厚，严谨科学的企业内部管理起着至关重要的作用。从会计核算过程视角出发，企业管理活动的重点在于企业期间费用的管理与控制，对于企业经营收益的获取有着重要的影响，直接反映在企业的财务情况以及现金流量还有发展业绩层面。这篇文章在进行问题研究和分析的时候，主要围绕着六国化工股份有限公司的实际案例进行展开，从企业的期间费用管理以及控制的层面对企业进行经营运作过程当中所产生的财务信息实施研究和探讨，得出企业期间费用管理和控制方面所存在的缺陷和不足，尝试找到进行期间费用管理控制的最佳方法，促进企业的内控体系得到进一步的改进和完善，全面带动化工产业的稳定发展，积极响应可持续发展号召。46612
