摘要随着我国经济的发展，越来越多的企业开始重视对物流成本的研究。但是我国这方面的研究发展较晚，实践经验也不够丰富。物流成本的问题还有许多迫切需要解决。由于物流成本属于管理会计范畴，传统的会计模式无法提供对物流成本准确及时的核算，从而无法给予物流成本管理足够的信息支撑。因此，企业需要一套新的体系来核算和管理物流成本。在这样的环境下，越来越多的企业实施 ERP 系统，这给物流成本的控制提供了契机 。 就目前实施的情况来看 ， 虽然企业在一定程度上发挥了 ERP 的管理效应 ，但是并没有充分的利用好这个平台，而只是把 ERP 当做一个信息处理系统。本文的出发点就是分析如何在 ERP 环境下，挖掘 ERP 系统的最大潜力，结合先进的管理思想，真正提升物流管理水平。在本文中 ， 作者首先阐述了物流成本和 ERP 内在的互动关系 ， 深入分析了 ER P系统对企业物流管理的提升作用，然后剖析了目前 ERP 环境下物流成本核算与管理尚需提升的地方，提出构建基于作业的物流成本核算与控制体系的构想，并把先进的管理思想融入 ERP 平台，从而真正提升物流管理水平。60306

With the development of management theory and information technology, moreandMore enterprises realize that ERP is a useful tool in management. ERP wasimported from the west, the application effect was not ideal, especiallyof cost management. It is necessary to transform current operationalmechanism adjusting to all these transformation and ERP. Therefore, thestudy of the model of logistic cost management in ERP has very far-reachingsignificance in terms of both theory and practice.Under such environment, enterprises implement the ERP system to promotethe level of management of logistic cost. In certain degree, they haveachieved the goal. But, they have not realized the ERP system really. Someenterprises only treat ERP system as computer processing tool. So, thestarting point of this paper is to research how to promote the level ofmanagement of logistic cost in ERP.Author study intrinsic connection between ERP and logistic cost managementfirst, analysis the function of ERP promote the management of logistic;ERP analysis the possibility to promote the accounting system, managementand the control system of logistic cost. Then introduce the logistic costaccounting system and the control system of logistic cost base on ABC: unionERP and the advance thought of logistic cost to promote the level ofmanagement of logistic cost.
