摘 要：在信息化时代，管理思想不断演进的背景下，企业管理及业务处理日益复杂， ERP（企业资源计划)管理系统作为信息技术与管理思想的融合，不仅能够高效管理企业内部管理业务，对企业资源进行有效集成，而且可以提高企业核心竞争力，从而帮助企业带来良好的经济效益。本文以ERP环境在江苏省建无锡项目部的应用为例，就其与传统财务管理在施工企业发挥的效用作比较，说明建立施工企业财务管理ERP环境的必要性和重要作用，并对其中存在的问题进行分析，提出一些对策来提高其效用。67882
Abstract: In an era of information, the development of the management system makes the management and daily operation of enterprise increasingly complicated. As the combination of information technology and management system, Enterprise Resource Planning not only deals with the internal management and the distribution of resource in the enterprise in an effective way, but improves its competitive power, brings profit excellently. This paper based upon the application of the Enterprise Resource Planning in Wuxi Project Department of Jiangsu Provincial Construction Group, makes a comparison with the traditional financial management method and results the necessity and meaning of ERP in the operation of Construction Enterprise. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the problems existing in this process and puts forward suggestions for improving its performance.
