摘 要：随着社会和科技的发展，大型机械化装备的研究与开发应用和技术管理人员素质不断提高，使得建筑施工业整体水平有了较快提高。然而由于建筑业施工业的进入门槛低以及来自国外承包商的竞争，施工单位能否在竞争中获得成功很大一部分原因取决于项目成本控制是否合理。文章将以重庆万年建筑工程有限公司为例，通过对公司成本控制现状的研究分析，指出该公司在成本控制方面存在的员工成本控制意识差、缺少独立成本控制机构、人工材料费用偏高等问题，并提出改进措施，帮助企业提高自身竞争能力。53976

Abstract: With the development of society and technology, large mechanical equipment research and development application and the technical management personnel quality is constantly increasing, the construction level of the whole industry has rapidly increased. 1 引言
