摘 要：自从我国实行社会主义市场经济体制以来，企业在不断的改革，企业在外部环境和自身内部环境的冲击下，日益复杂化，企业的发展也越来越依赖于对财务状况的分析。如今，企业的经营状况基本上都通过报表来体现，而财务报表主要有资产负债表、损益表或者利润表、现金流量表等。因此，本文先从理论方面进行了研究，又因为我在南京金智科技有限公司的实习经历，所以我将以此公司为例对该公司财务状况进行实际的分析，结果发现南京金智科技有限公司存在了一些问题，并提出了一些改进方法。53982

Abstract: Since China's socialist market economic system, companies in the continuous the reform, enterprises under the impact of the external environment and their own internal environment, increasing complexity, business development relies on more and more the analysis of the financial position. Now the enterprise management state basically through statements to reflect, including a balance sheet, income statement or profit and profit distribution statement, cash flow statement. Therefore, this article first studied from the aspects of theory, and because I am an intern at Nanjing gold technology company limited, so I will use this as an example of actual analysis of the financial situation, the results found a number of issues in Nanjing gold technology company limited, and puts forward some improvement methods.

1 引 言
