摘要:随着市场经济，社会的进步的发展，花木零售企业面临的市场竞争环境也日益激烈。并且花木零售企业自身所具有的特点决定了成本核算工作的复杂性和繁重性，加强成本核算对于花木零售企业具有重要的意义。本文以朝阳公司为例阐述了花木企业成本核算的重要性，明确了花木零售企业成本核算的主要内容，结合成本核算的主要内容应该建立怎样的成本核算管理系统，通过对核算项目和成本控制进行分析从而提出了相关的解决措施，希望能对花木零售企业的成本核算研究提供一定的帮助。53980

Abstract：With the progress of the society and the development of market economy, flowers and trees to retail enterprises is facing increasingly fierce market competition environment. The complexity and heavy of the cost accounting work depends on its own special characteristics. It is highly important for retail enterprises to strengthen cost accounting .This paper expounds the importance of flowers and trees to enterprise cost accounting and clears the main content of the retail enterprise in case of Chaoyang company. It analyzes the problems existing in the flowers and trees to retail cost accounting management which combined with cost accounting theoretical system. It also puts forward relevant measures aiming at different problems. I hope this paper can provide some help for the flowers and trees to retail enterprise cost accounting research.

1 引言

近年来，我国各地方的花木行业出现快速并且旺盛的发展趋势，成为全国经济建设行业中最具有鲜明特点的新兴行业之一，特别是我国城市化和新农村建设的推进和北京奥运的成功举办，更为花木行业提供了前所未有的广阔前景和发展良机，成为真正的朝阳行业。而应运而生的花木零售企业发展迅速，要想在当今花木市场占有一席之地那么必须加强成本核算管理，因为在任何企业财务管理中成本核算管理都是最具有基础性和重要性的，所以本文通过朝阳公司为例阐述成本核算对花木零售企业节约资金和资源，为企业带来经济效益的作用。

2 成本核算的意义
