用财务分析方法研究上市公司阳光集团

摘要：在现代社会竞争如此激烈的环境中，企业想要占据一席之地，发展稳固，不仅得益于良好的市场环境以及政府的优惠政策，而且得益于企业内部的财务分析。近年来许多企业不重视企业内部的财务分析，导致出现资金周转困难，偿债能力弱，盈利能力也不强等问题。针对以上的问题，本文利用三大常用的分析方法，从江苏阳光集团近几年财务报表中的数据入手，加以分析推导，找出企业发展中存在的某些问题，并用所学知识适当地提出几条合理化的建议。54766

Abstract：In modern society, such a competitive environment, enterprise want to occupy a place and develop firm, not only benefit from a favorable market environment and financial analysis of government incentives, but also thanks to internal financial analysis. In recent years, many companies do not attach importance to internal financial analysis, lead to some problems, such as difficulty in turnover of funds, solvency weak, profitability is not strong and so on. To solve the above problems，this article by using the three commonly used methods of analysis, from Jiangsu Sunshine Group in recent years, with the data in the financial statements, be analyzed to derive，identify some of the problems that exist in the enterprise development，and made several recommendations to rationalize the appropriate use of the knowledge.

1 引言

自1978年改革开放以来，中国的经济持续腾飞，各类企业如雨后春笋般拔地而起。据国家统计局统计的数据显示，就工业企业这一领域，2012年全国工业企业中，大型工业有9448个，占总比例的2.75%，中小型企业有334321个，占总比例的97.25%。在全年工业企业实现利润总额61910亿元的骄人成绩。在如此众多的企业中，国有企业仅占2.3%，而民营、私营、合资、独资等占97.7%。由此可见，中小型企业的竞争十分激烈，许多中小型企业被淘汰。据市场调查研究的数据显示，这些被淘汰的企业中，约80%是由于自身财务管理不善，导致营运资金无法正常周转，约17%是由于市场以及政府的原因，约3%是因为其他的原因。用财务分析方法研究上市公司阳光集团:http://www.youerw.com/kuaiji/lunwen_58995.html
