信息时代中小企业财务外包风险研究+文献综述

摘要：随着经济全球化的发展，企业之间的竞争愈发激烈，如何能在激烈的竞争中保持企业的核心竞争力，财务外包是一个有效的措施。财务外包在带来效益的同时也存在着一定的风险。笔者首先查阅与之相关的文献资料，随后总结了19个影响财务外包的相关因素，编制了一份关于中小企业财务外包风险的调查问卷，对浦东的中小企业进行抽样调查。使用SPSS18.0软件对影响财务外包的因素进行统计、分析、研究，总结影响财务外包的关键因素，得出结论。同时针对得出的结论提出笔者对于财务外包风险因素的预防以及规避措施，希望能给准备开展或已经开展财务外包的企业提供一定的参考，使之在获得财务外包便利的同时避免不必要的风险。6667

I concluded financial outsourcing risk factors prevention and avoidance measures, I hope to give ready to carry out or have been carried out financial outsourcing enterprises to provide a reference, While avoiding unnecessary risks in the financial outsourcing facilities.
