摘 要：随着全球经济一体化的加快，无论国内还是国外，激励的市场竞争淘汰了一批又一批的企业，无论企业大小、发展规模，都逃脱不了出现财务危机的可能性。如果不能及时发现危机、及时寻找有效的解决办法来应对危机，那么企业就有可能陷入困境，面对到来的危机束手无策，使企业蒙受巨大损失，甚至导致企业资不抵债濒临破产。如果企业一早建立健全的财务预警分析体系，在预警体系发出财务预警信号时就积极寻找相应措施进行预防，则可以提早做足准备，减少不必要的经济损失，加强企业抗风险能力，保持企业健康稳健的发展。因此，对财务预警体系的分析，就显得极为重要和迫切。56537

Abstract :With the rapid development of global economy, more and more fierce competition has eliminated many companies batch by batch, no matter at home or abroad, and no matter how large scale of the enterprises, for they can rarely get out of the big financial crisis. Facing the coming helpless crisis will make the enterprise suffer from huge losses, and even bankruptcy. If they can’t find these matters and the way out timely, the companies will land themselves in deep trouble. But if one company can study to establish an effective financial warning system to discover the early warning signal, and take corresponding measures, it can greatly improve their ability to protect themselves against risk to reduce financial losses, and ensure their stable development. Therefore, it is extremely important and urgent to analyze the early financial warning system.
