摘  要：通过以实地考察、查询账目及咨询管理人员的方法，调查了南通龙腾机械有限责任公司的会计工作组织情况。本公司为小型机械制造企业，和其他小企业一样，他们在我国社会经济中的地位随社会主义市场经济的不断发展变得日渐重要，对社会主义市场经济有着十分深远的影响。在当今市场经济迅速发展的环境之下，小型机械制造企业要想在激烈的竞争中拥有属于自己的一片天地，就不得不对企业内部会计控制制度进行完善,因为企业内部的会计控制制度既是构成本企业管理制度的重要内容，又是该企业管理成效的一种表现形式。所以，完善企业内部会计控制制度是小型机械制造业提高自身竞争力、促进自身经济快速发展、使企业做大做强的重要保障。57391

Abstract: Through the medium of the investigation, account query, consulting administrative staff, I surveyed the organizational situation of accounting activity of Nantong Longteng   machinery co. LTD. This company is a type of small processing and manufacturing industry. As the other small enterprise, their status is being increasingly prominent along with the continuously development of Market-Based Economy in the economy of our country, then a great significant influence on market of socialist economy. At the environment of growing of market-orientated economy, small processing and manufacturing industry which intend to earn a place of their own of a competition of the fierce has to complete the internal accounting system. Because the internal accounting system is not only the important content of management institution, but it is the shape of the performance for enterprise administration as well. Perfecting the internal accounting system is vital guaranties to improve their competitiveness, rapiding economic progress and becoming stronger itself.
