摘要：在我国，房地产行业作为一种资金密集型的行业，其资金成本是影响房地产开发企业盈利情况的重要因素之一，所以，降低房地产开发企业的融资成本刻不容缓。从目前情况来看，房地产开发企业融资数额巨大，而回报期较长，这就给实际的融资过程带来不小的麻烦。本文将着重从房地产开发企业的债务融资方面进行分析，控制融资的成本，以达到优化融资结构，降低债务融资成本的目的。74550
