摘要当今，人口增长的放缓日益得到我国政府的高度重视，国家开放二胎政策，各项 推进幼儿教育发展的政策相继出台，在每一名投资者眼中，幼教市场是一个投资发展 的风水宝地。但是收益往往伴随着风险而来，我们就需要做到合理科学的规避风险， 从风险的夹缝中寻求最大的经济效益，所以，做好经济评价的研究的必要性显而易见。84441
在本文中，从茁壮幼儿园的实际情况出发，大概分析了国内外经济评价的现状， 并对对幼儿园的项目概况进行简述，立足以上这些客观实际条件，运用 SWOT 分析确 定项目的市场定位，初步判断项目的合理性。通过数据搜索，类似工程参考，来对本 项目的相关基础数据进行预估，运用工程经济学的经济评估方法，通过计算各项经济 评价指标，进行盈亏平衡分析，敏感性分析以及风险分析，来科学的判断项目的可行 性、合理性、科学性，并对项目的各项风险进行预测和提出相关的规避措施。最后在 总结本租赁经营项目的可行性的同时，对本项目的未来进行展望。

Abstract In today's society, population growth is slowing getting the Chinese government attaches great importance to。 The state open two-child policy, and issued various policies to promote early childhood development , which means preschool market is worthy to be invested in the eyes of investors。 However the revenues is often followed by the risk 。In this case ,we ought to avoid the risk scientifically and seek the maximum economic benefit from the cracks of the risk。 Obviously ,it’s necessary for us to do a good job in economic evaluation research。
This paper starts from the actual situation of The Zhuo Zhuang Kindergarten。 Based on the objective reality of these conditions, I sketch the project overview of the kindergarten。 Analyzing and determining the market position to judge the rationality of the project with the help of SWOT。 I forecast relevant data of the project by searching data and consulting similar projects。 At the same time, I use the economic evaluation methods of engineering economics to judge the feasibility, rationality and science of the project by calculating different kinds of economic evaluation criteria。 In the meantime, I predicate the risk of the project and come up with avoidance measures with analysis of uncertainties, break even, sensibility and risks。 In the end, I summarize the feasibility of leasing management projects。 On the other hand, I look forward to the future of the project and economic evaluation。
