摘要随着科学技术的发展,以及科学技术生产力主导时代的到来,一些以经营传统能源(如 煤炭)为主导的企业不得不向高科技产品或者新科技领域转型。高科技产品与新科技领域 的探索离不开资源稀缺的知识型员工的智力劳动,现代高科技企业运作模式也早已从传统 生产产品转向以人力资本、智力资源开发为主。随之而来的,对知识型员工的绩效评估便 成为了人力资源管理工作中的一个新难题。80194
本文将以 BJ 公司为研究对象,运用绩效评估和知识型员工相关理论,结合 BJ 公司所 处特殊时期(转型)的特点、战略目标及管理现状,对公司现行的绩效评估体系进行探索 和分析。一开始先阐明研究的主题及意义,之后再参考国内外相关研究(主要包括知识型 员工、绩效评估公平、评估主体及权重设计、合理的绩效指标及权重设计这四个方面), 结合中外学者相关研究成果,从新的角度出发,研究并论述我的主题。最后再与 BJ 公司的 实际情况结合起来,主要采用层次分析法(AHP)为 BJ 公司的研发和管理人员设计一套科 学、适用、针对性强的知识型员工绩效评估体系。

Title The Exploration of The Performance Evaluation of BJ Company
Abstract With the development of science and technology, and the arrival of the era of science and technology productivity led, some for the operation of the traditional energy sources such as coal as the leading enterprises have to to the high-tech products or a new field of science and technology transformation。 Exploration of high-tech products and a new field of science and technology is inseparable from the scarce resources of the knowledge type employees of intellectual labor, modern high-tech enterprise operation mode has already from the production of traditional products steering on human capital and intellectual resource development。 Consequent, of knowledge employee performance evaluation has become the a new problem in human resource management。
This paper will take BJ company as the research object, using the theory of performance evaluation and knowledge worker, combined with BJ company at the special period (transformation) characteristics, strategic goal and current management situation of exploration and analysis of current performance evaluation system。 Firstly,I will show some relevant study(mainly including knowledge workers, performance appraisal fairness, appraisal main body and weight design, performance index and weight of the reasonable design of the four aspects), than combine it with BJ company to discuss my topic。 Finally,we will get a system of knowledge employee performance evaluation with AHP。
