摘  要：固定资产占企业资产总额很大的比重，是企业生产经营的物质基础，其风险程度的高低是决定企业是否健康、持续发展的前提，因此加强固定资产的管理对提高企业竞争力和健康长久发展具有重要意义。本文主要围绕安徽嘉柏俪服装有限公司在固定资产管理的购买方面，固定资产管理责任制度方面，固定资产核算管理方面，固定资产风险转移等方面存在的问题进行分析，并提出相应的解决措施，希望以此促进安徽嘉柏俪服装有限公司在固定资产管理方面更好更快的发展。58474
