摘  要：近年来，社会经济快速发展，农村商业银行金融体制改革不断深入，从现状来看，因为国有行和一些股份行对审计工作投入的精力、财力、人力有了一定的加强，所以内部审计的工作效果才有所提高，但是相比较而言，一些地方性的银行，特别是农村地区中小银行机构，这些银行的内部审计工作还处于相对较低的水平，正是这样的局限性，内部审计建设相对于业务发展还显得落后，这很大程度上与内部审计未能完全发挥作用有着直接关系。本文将通过对农村商业银行的内部审计研究，结合农村商业银行内审现状，深入剖析存在的问题，提供适合性的建议与对策，对农村商业银行的内部审计建设起到一些参考借鉴作用。73253

Abstract: In today's rapid economic development of the society, as the rural commercial bank financial system reforms deeply。 From the current situation, some state-owned banks and joint-stock banks into have put more energy，human and financial resources into audit work, so the effect of internal auditing has improved, but relatively some local Banks, especially small and medium-sized banking institutions in rural places, these banks’ internal auditing work is still in a relatively low level, that’s the  limitation, especially the construction of the internal control also behind relative to the business development, to a large extent have direct relationship with audit failed to fully play a role。 Articles will be based on the research of the internal audit of financial institutions,  analyze deeply the existing problems, combining the current situation of the rural commercial banks, and put forward with the suitability of Suggestions and countermeasures。 It will give some advice to internal- control construction of rural commercial banks。
