摘 要会计文化是指会计人员在常年累月的工作中不断积累形成的关于会计的物质财富和精神财富的总和。会计文化建设对于国家和企业的会计行业发展具有重大意义，由于会计文化是一种偏向无形的研究对象，因此要将其细分为各种构成要素来研究。另外，在研究的过程中还要重视会计文化环境对会计文化的影响，结合企业的实际状况提出建设方案。本文的主要研究对象是不同的会计文化要素，简单地分析了各种要素的含义以及其应用的实例。通过对会计文化构成要素的分析，阐述了企业在实际中推进会计文化建设的方法，最后是自己的一点体会和建议。58684

 The elements of accounting culture 

Abstract

Accounting culture is a sum of material wealth and spiritual wealth of accounting, which is accumulated by accountants in a long time. Accounting culture construction is of great significance to the development of the accounting profession of the country and the enterprise, and because the accounting culture is a kind of invisible research object, so it should be subpided into a variety of elements to study. In addition, in the course of the study, we should pay attention to the influence of the accounting culture environment on the accounting culture, and push on the construction scheme. The main research object of this paper is the different accounting cultural elements, I simply analyzes the meaning of the various elements and their application examples. Through the analysis of the elements of accounting culture, this paper expounds the methods of promoting the construction of accounting culture in practice.
