摘 要：在经济下滑的情况下，目前大学生面临着非常严峻的就业问题，政府、各大高校以及大学生都在想各种办法来应对当前的就业形势。李克强在视察时对大学生们说：“你们是人才，只要努力就会有就业的机会。不光要就业，还要创业。”李克强同时强调：“大学生要有双创精神，在校学习既要敢于创新，到社会上工作也要敢于创业。”创业促进就业，鼓励和支持大学生创业已经成为最有效的方式。大学生不仅可以解决他们的就业问题，而且还可以增加新的就业岗位，在一定程度上实现了就业的乘数效应。国家和各级政府对大学生创业也很支持和关心，出台了许多优惠政策，从筹资、开业、税收等诸多方面都有所惠及。不可避免的大学生创业过程中会遇到各种问题，本文以C公司为例分析，找出了大学生创业普遍存在的问题，并提出了相应的解决对策。70482
Abstract: under the circumstance of the economic downturn, the university students are facing a very serious problem of employment, the government, the major universities and college students are thinking of ways to deal with the current employment situation. The Premier Li ke qiang encourages the university students who plan to start up business ‘the university students are talents persons with ability, as long as making efforts then having jobs.That not only getting a job,but also starting up business entrepreneurship’.College students entrepreneurship not only can solve their employment problems, but also to create a new job, to a certain extent, to achieve the multiplier effect of employment. To support the college students’ entrepreneurship,the country and the government introduce a lot of preferential policies,the aspects of financing,opening,taxes,enterprise training,guidance of pioneering an enterprise.At the same time,there are many problems in the process of the university students’ entrepreneurship.The text has an analysis of the existing problems and meanwhile put forward the relevant strategies of solving the problems.

1 引言
