摘要：随着时代的发展，中国的制造业获得了蓬勃的发展，并且逐渐成为了当前我国经济生产中重要的支柱产业。我们在肯定我国制造业所取得的成就同时，也需要看到我国制造业受到国内外环境影响也是比较大的，并且当前也存在着劳动力紧张、价格上涨，政策不足所带来的限制。当前，我国企业正在不断地提升生产效率，以此改善企业的盈利水平。信息技术的发展也给制造业带来了很大的影响。目前有不少企业都已经加大了对信息技术的运用，逐渐朝着企业管理的信息化方向发展。我们可以看到，近年来不少的企业都开始应用ERP进行管理，以此提升信息化水平。我们必须要意识到ERP在企业管理中所发挥的重要作用。无论是采购、销售、生产还是管理，都必须要依托ERP来提升管理效率。本文主要是针对当前国内外制造企业实施ERP的现状，预测我国企业实施ERP的发展方向，并且对我国制造企业实施ERP所面对的挑战与必要性做出论述。同时我们也需要对当前ERP实施中所存在的问题加以分析，并且结合实际采取有效措施，这样才可以更好地促进制造业发展。80698

Abstract：With the development of the times, the current China's manufacturing industry has been vigorous development, and gradually become the current economic production in China's important pillar industries。 We are sure that the achievements of China's manufacturing industry at the same time, also need to see the current domestic manufacturing industry by the impact of domestic and foreign environment is relatively large, and there are still labor tension, price increases, the policy brought about by the restrictions。 At present, China's enterprises are constantly improving production efficiency, in order to improve the profitability of enterprises。 The current development of information technology to the manufacturing industry has brought a great impact。 Many of the current enterprises have increased the use of information technology, and gradually moving in the direction of enterprise management information development。 We can see that in recent years a lot of enterprises have begun to take ERP management, in order to enhance the level of information technology。 We must be aware of ERP in the enterprise management plays an important role。 Whether it is procurement, sales, production or management, must rely on ERP to improve management efficiency。 This paper mainly aims at the current situation of ERP implementation in domestic and foreign manufacturing enterprises, predicts the development direction of enterprise ERP implementation, and discusses the challenges and necessity of the current。 At the same time we also need to solve the existing problems in the implementation of ERP, and combined with the actual effective measures, so as to better promote the development of the manufacturing sector。
