摘 要：盈利能力通常是指企业在一定时期内赚取利润的能力。公司盈利能力的好坏最终可通过公司的经营业绩来反映。所以无论是公司的管理人员、股东，还是债权人，都非常关心企业的盈利能力。以报表数据为基础的财务分析，不但使企业经营者可以了解企业实现能力的高低，而且可以发现企业经营风险的大小和企业资金结构的优劣，使经营者在企业运营的诸多方面做出正确的决策，实现最大的利润。本文运用财务分析方法中的各项财务指标，对珠海中富实业股份有限公司进行盈利能力分析，并提出相关合理建议。70854
