摘  要：存货的科学管理是中小企业流动资产中一个重大意义的环节。本文是以南京东鼎生物科技有限公司为例，通过科学、有效的存货管理，能够有效的阻止并修正存货业务的错误记录和违规行为,减少公司存货的资本标量，让公司得到最大的利润。本文分析讨论了中小型企业存货管理的重要性，揭露了企业在存货管理上所遇到的一些问题，讨论了导致问题产生的原因，并从不同角度提出了相应的解决措施，使财务的收支趋于合理性、合法性、对会计信息真实性进行自我内部协调、自我监督管理和控制系统，进而提升企业存货管理的各方面水准，体现公司经济利益最优化。71547

Abstract: Inventory management is an important link in enterprise liquid assets. This paper is based on Nanjing Dong Ding Biotechnology Co., Ltd. as an example, Inventory management science can not only effectively prevent inventory business error logs and the incidence of fraud, but also enable enterprises to reduce the cost, realize the maximization of enterprise. analyzes the necessity of the inventory management of small and medium enterprises, reveals some problems facing enterprises in inventory management, analyzes the causes of the problem, and the corresponding solving measures were put forward from different angles, ensure the control system of an internal financial revenue and expenditure of the lawful and reasonable, and enhance the management level of enterprise inventory, realize enterprise maximum economic benefit.
